Who makes a 90 degree, (zero rise) road stem with a 31.8 bar diameter? Top quality, 1 1/8" x 110mm x 31.8mm diameter.

Do you mean that you want your stem to be parallel with the ground? If you use a 90 deg. stem, you'll have rise. You headtube is not perpendicular to the ground so with a 90 deg. stem, it will be tilted up. What you need is a stem with 17 deg. negative rise to compensate for your headtube angle of aprox 73 deg.

Most stems have -10 deg rise. Try Titec they make all types of stems with different options because they make road and mountian components.
