Has anyone ordered wheels from here? I saw the name in a post and went to his site. Wheels look nice made from good components. Good prices as well. However, I e-mailed him with some questions a week ago and haven't gotten a response. It doesn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling.

I have ordered from Mike G. (oddsandendos). That is highly unlike Mike to not respond, I'm sure he must be away. Mike is a HIGHLY reguarded wheelbuilder on the MBReview site (weight wennies). Mike knows his stuff and will build an excellent wheelset for your needs and a good price to boot. Call him and let him know your needs, he will offer you suggestions and recommendations that will work.
I correspond with Mike quite often about upgrades and maint. issues, he goes way beyond the call of duty to get the info you need....I sound a bit like an informercial

Thanks, I thought that must be the case. Everything I've read has been positive. I linked to his e-mail thru his site, perhaps he has changed it but not updated the site link.

I saw the same post, I imagine, and e-mailed him with a somewhat demanding question (225-pound rider, fairly light wheels sturdy enough for centuries on bad roads). He got back the next day with some very specific suggestions and a decent price. If I didn't have car insurance due this week, I would've ordered on the spot.
What's the e-mail address you're using? n/mmpm32

Interesting, I just emailed him over the weekend and haven't received a response either. Perhaps he's on vacation or something? Didn't see anything on his site to indicate that though.

I've had some short delays getting responses, but the care that he puts into the business more than makes up for it. I won't go into detail, but he handled a pretty minor incident so well that I'll be a customer for life.
Can't comment myself on his wheelbuilds (I like to roll my own), but from the waves of feedback on MTBR, I don't think you could do much better.
