I see alot of posts here concerning wheels. Wheel specifics I consider are : how deep is rim ? Weight? Spoke count? Hidden nipples? Alloy/carbon / Titanium? Cost?

Here are the most popular wheels I see at races:

Mavic Open Pro 1800grmas
Kysriums are about 1600grams I think
Rolf Sestries are about 1550 grams I think
Bontrager race light are about 1550 too I think
Cane creek aero head with Titanium spokes are about 1650grams
Mavic Cosmic Carbon are about 4 lbs
Bontrager carbon are 1380-1420 grams
zipp carbon are about 1380 grams clincher
Nimble spider wheels are 1350 clincher
Rolf Pro at least 1580-1650 I am guessing
Of all these I think the Kysriums and Nimble spiders are best but the zipps take the cake.Heres why: Ksyriums since they are so stiff and are the same weight as the others. But those flat spokes dont do justice for the wind. The Nimbles though have hidden nipples which increases acceleration, are 250grams lighter ( thats alot ) and are the LEAST EXPENSIVE! Try getting rid of 250 grmas off your bike in other places. Also they have a warrenty you can buy them seperately unlike mavic, rolf, or bontrager and you get a fast turn around from the company. Plus they have cool wheel boxes.
I have owned all of these at one time or another except the bontrager race lights/sestriers/and carbon bontragers. I got rid of all of them except the zipp 303 which i just got and the Nimbles. The zipps are by far the best but are $1000. Just some speculation I thought you guys might enjoy. By the way if anyone wants a pair of Nimbles I know where you can get a pair pretty inexpensive. If you can afford the 303s you'll have no regret. They are perfect. Deep dish without being TOO deep so you can use a 60mm valve, carbon rim for aerody. and are super light. :)

19mm rims (AC 350g rim)
basically the American classic micro front hub and ultralight rear hub (just look at the pics of teh 2 hubs)
rev spokes

hidden nipples sound good, but you gotta take off the rim tape, tube, tyres to true the wheel. can build that exact wheel for under 320$. Prolly less.
