Interestingly Lance/UPS have signed a deal with Aero wheel builders Hed. Lance has conections with Hed from his tri days. Though Hed are suppose to be just supplying and designing new Aero bars in connection with Lances Aero guro Steve Cobb who has worked with Hed in the past. I believe UPS have riden Hed 3's in TT before.
Uh, that would be John Cobb? (nm)Kerry Irons

Bontrager is under the Trek umbrella just like Rolf so I'm guessing the posties are training on Bontragers but will probably be racing the Mavics.

Feb 10, 2002 10:27 AM
Does anyone know did Lance ride Ada's carbon wheels or Lightwieght's carbon wheels in the mountains last year? Both are v.similar so difficult to tell the difference.

No they are not: I think they were linked to each other once but fell out on production values.
