Can you feel the difference between them?
Do you ride faster by using the Ksyrium
(I can built a wheel of open pro with CK hubs
which will weight 150gr ligher then the Ksyrium)

yea, and it will be alot more fragile, too! i built the very wheelset you speak of, and destroyed them in less than a season. (ck hubs, revo spokes 3x, open pro cd). my k's are stiffer, faster, hold their speed better, and bulletproof. in two years, they've been trued once and had 1/8 of a turn put into them. they were mavic neutral support wheels in europe before i got 'em, so lord knows what happened before i acquired them!

Yes, you can build such a wheel. It will be 150g lighter. It will also be far less aero, less stiff in the rim (less power transfer) and less durable. Weight savings are just a small part of the overall equation and the CK hubs are way insanely overpriced. I could buy a pair of Bontrager Race X Lites on sale for practically the price of the CK hubs alone and remember, saving some weight in the hubs provides absolutely no benefit whatsoever as far as rotational weight (which is what counts for accelerating).
