Cutting Carbon Fibre steertube... what I did...Geof

After much hemming an hahing over which way to cut my steertube (build a jig for the hacksaw, buy one...you know whatever.) I decided to go power. I have a carpenters trim miter saw with a fine cut blade, I figured it's gotta work. I taped off the steertube at the cut site and went for it. Wow, what a nice cut. Super clean, perfectly straight, very little edge cleanup to do. If you happen to own one of these things and have a carbon post to cut, it's the way to go.

Happy New Year!!!
