seen the forgie on a lot frames in ads. Is it stiff? It clamps to the steerer with a single bolt. Will this create stress in my carbon ouzo? Should I just bite the bullet and give up my ritchey pro for a 4 bolt wcs to eliminate the slight flex I feel on climbs?

... heavy by some accounts, but stiff and oh so sexy (at least to me) on a TT bike.

I use the Forgie on three of my rides (two with Ouzo Pro Aeros) and like 'em. I actually emailed Reynolds to get the OK for CF steerer use... they said, no prob.

I've never used a Ritchey, so I can't compare.

Thanks, I abide....n.m.koala

I really like my WCS. It looks classy, is nice and light, and feels solid as a rock. That cool open face plate is also a nice touch, unless you've got an Ergobrain clogging up the front-and-center view.
I had a loaner Forgie on my bike for a week while waiting for the WCS to come in. It felt just fine, but I hated the look of that big fat stogie sitting out front!
