Flip Flop hub gearingAndante

I am converting an old road bike to singlespeed/fixed gear. Around where I live, I can spin 57 gear inches on the hills, 67 on the flats, and 70's if there is no wind. I am using a 42 tooth chainring, and am looking for suggestions for the fixed and freewheel sprockets on the flip/flop hub. Any suggestions of which two to buy? Thanks

I have a 16 fixed with 42 front and a 18 on the single speed side. My friends run a 18 fixed only. And there is nothing wrong with the answer above.
