Record, super-record, delta brakes, Centaur, Daytona, yeesh.

Is there a website or book that chronicles the history of the different campy parts thru the ages???

why is there always no info between '87 and say '95.dupe

all the campy time lines i have seen stop with super record or c-record and then i see nothing or cant find info until about '95.

were these campy's "dark years"?

Not sure about the dates of introduction of Synchro. Most Campy-philes refuse to discuss it. It's like your "crazy cousin Larry" everyone knows he's there but everyone just looks the other way. I tried Campy's Synchro system it was pretty bad. It was heavy,expensive, and did not work very well. I was forced to go with Shimano. It wasn't real pretty but at least it worked.

I thought Campy was dead. I got out of cycling for 2-3 yrs and when I bought again they were on their current Ergo system. Worked like a charm. Some one else may be able to help you with exact dates of Synchro and Ergo introduction.
