Does anyone have experience/advice on how to properly repair the nicks and rock chips on the edge of the blades of Rev-X wheels?

you can lightly sand out small nicks and cover the area with clear fingernail polish. Personally I have no love for RevX's. I had a set that developed 2 cracks about an inch long from the rivets on one blade. I called Spinergy, was informed of their "no fault replacement" policy and for $424 I junked them and got new Xaero's which are far lighter and safer I think. Look them over, the RevX's have had some breakage issues.

Friend, If I were you I would NOT ride your Spinergys, in ANY condition. I don't remember the website, but if you go to Google search engine, and put in something like "Spinergy wheel collapse", it'll take you to a website which shows numerous photos and legal documents about the numerous lawsuits facing Spinergy, when their wheels explode without warning, sending the riders on their faces. There are probably hundreds of these cases. If I find the website, I'll get back to you.
