| I think I can hear them coming..... | grzy Sep 25, 2001 1:31 PM | | Bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Honestly ,is there anything loader on a bike than a Chris King rear hub? Might as well put a baseball card in the spokes and make motorcycle noises. Such a deal at $325+ and the pimp colors. |

| re: Chris King Hubs | metonymy3 Sep 30, 2001 10:28 AM | | I don't know, but I think Mavic sells a cassette that will fit on a Shimano freehub but works with campy shifters, deraillers, etc. It's made for the Ksyriums, but it should work with King hubs just as well. This may or may not be what you want to do. It certainly limits your cassette choices, and if Mavic stops making them you'd be in trouble (although I think someone else makes one, can't remember who.)
I don't know if King sells a Campy freehub version though. That would be the best solution if they do. |
