I went through a shopping around process in May. Both those tubesets are thin wall, and better suited for 'normal' weight cyclists. I was told to avoid both, or risk wearing out the frames in short order. I'm 225 pounds though. I settled on OCLV, and couldn't be happier.
I can also get deda 7003 or 7005bear

I have a Altec 2 starship frame and its a 57cm I have gone back to my titanium frame because of the ride, but if you want a great crit bike the altec will be way better than a Cannondale or many of the other frames out htere. My frame is a Pinnerello Prince with a Carbon rear triangle and I thought it would ride like my Ibis double butted Ti frame, it was way stiffer than my ti frame and I just didn't prefer it, but it is a sweet handling bike and very very stiff, ya want to buy it?
