How do these wheels hold up? Can you use them for training or are they a race wheel only?

I have an old pair of 440's and they are great. I would recomend calling Zipp if you haven't already. They are very helpfull.

Zipp 303s are RACE ONLY WHEELS!!!!!!!!! To use them for training is missing the point. If you are so strapped for cash you can only afford one set of wheels these ain't the wheels to get....or at least get the 404s
Have to agreeJS

Just to many caveats with this type of wheel to make them an everyday wheel. The 404's would probably be a worse everyday wheel because of the higher rim height making them dicey in windy conditions.

would make a slightly stronger wheel. The guy never said how heavy he was. Probably 200+lbs like the rest of em looking for a quick fix when they really should lose weight themselves rather than throwing cash at wheels.

My old 440's are an excellent all around wheel. Call Zipp and see what they think. Oh yeah, I started at 185-190, now I'm at 165 and lovin it.
