dura ace pedal versus ultegra pedal(3 posts)

dura ace pedal versus ultegra pedalstrosek

Is there any difference in performance or anything else b/t ultegra and dura ace pedals? When i look at the side view with each pedal i notice that the profile of the dura ace is lower than the ultegra.
thanks

Also, I'm suprised that i don't see a review column for pedals. I see a review column for everything else except pedals. It makes me wonder if the person in charge of this website is a road bike enthusiast. If your not please leave the road bike website for someone who has experience in this sport.

I can think of no difference other than weight. I have the Ultegra pedals and have been happy for two seasons so far.

That being said, some folks have bashed them for a difficult release, claiming the pedals are responsible for a variety of biffs. I've gotta say that I haven't experienced that.

As for your assumptions about the webmaster; methinks you jump too far too fast.
