|If so, it's a Dutch brand. They used to sponsor a major team many (15?) years ago. Just like any line of bikes, they had a top of the line custom built, and then a bunch of lesser bikes, right down to commuter clunkers. Never heard of FLANDERS, although it could be a custom builder.|

|A mate in Melbourne had a Flanders he got second hand for a bargain. The bike would be seven years old now at least. Columbus SL or MAX cromo. Red paintjob, straight-blade chromed steel forks. 8sp DuraAce. It was a couple of cms to big for him really but was a lovely bike, and he was right to snap it up. I seem to remember the bb was quite low and Cisco (my mate) always won the sprints, so it must have been acceptably stiff. The previous owner had purchased it somewhere in Europe (probably in Flanders, actually) and then resold it here when his knees gave up.
Overall, a really nice piece of Euro bikebuilding - perhaps not up to the standard of Merckx or Colnago, but level with the best available in Australia at the time.
