|The shop that I work for has, in the past, sold a fair number of Spox wheels. A real high percentage of them have come back for warranty. Spinergy's warrenty replacements seem to me to take a long time and, in at least one case, had blue spokes on one side and yellow spokes on the other (unlike the original that had yellow spokes on both sides).
My experience with Spox wheels has gone a long way toward convincing me that botique wheelsets are OK to own as long as you also have a back up wheelset.

|... only one problem with a first generation wheelset (carbon fiber hubs)... Rim failure at about three spoke holes (small cracks on rear only)... several K on the wheels (can't remember exactly how many)... repaired gratis by Spinergy. Repaired wheel still going strong (repaired early in 2000).
