I got a rear wheel with this hub and for some reason the axel doesn't seem to spin in the hub body as easily as my d/a hub. Does anyone know if this hub will break in after a while and start rotating a little more freely? How do I take it apart, it's a sealed hub, no cones to unscrew.

This hub uses sealed bearings and the grease in these bearings has a low viscosity when cold, once you start riding the grease heats up and the bearings spin freely. These are VERY high quality hubs, I have two pair and dig them. If you go the the DT swiss website they show how to service these hubs. WWW.dtswiss.com

I will check the hub then, after 10 miles of riding or so and see if it's any different.
