Ok. I've got a set of Time Criterium road pedals, and have ordered some look compatiable shoes. Fromt he Time website:
http://www.timesportusa.com/critprodata.html
"Time pedals are compatiable with all Look drilled shoes"
Do I have to get the adapter plate(s) or is there a specific cleat that will work instead?!?

Time 'mid' cleats for the Mid pedals. work with 2 hole spd drilling . Time equippe pro cleats(for criterium) require 2 front holes and 2 rear holes. Look drilling is 3 hole triangular pattern. The compatibility appears to be turu the adapter plate?
