i put on a reynolds pro fork with a chris king headset. my front end keeps coming loose.
can someone give me some tips on how to better tighten my front end with this compression plug that reynolds uses.

|Crank the snot out of the plug compression bolt first, then set the cap tension. THEN crank the stem bolts nice and tight. This is what actually keeps the whole works clapmed. If you go easy on the stem bolts or have a poor design then you'll always have problems. Got a Deda? Then skip the last part and ride with some Allen wrenches. |
I run a Ritchey WCS stem and have had exactly zero problems with my Ouzo/King combo, but that's just me.
