Is anyone successfully using Sigma computers with Deda Newton oversized bars? I'm curious if the rubber band mounting system is large (or flexible) enough to be mounted on oversized handebars. I also have an oversized fork on my bike and curious about the fork sensor mounting bands as well. Thanx in advance.

I have a center mount sigma on a 3T Forgie. The bands were too small so I used 2 small bands (one on each side) and a nylon wire tie to connect the two bands. You may also be able to just substitute a large wire tie for the rubber band. Be creative!

It wasn't easy, but I stretched the rubber band enough to fit it on my Newton bar. It also helped that I used the same rubber band that had been on my other bike for about six months. I had no problem with the rubber band for the sensor mount on an Ouzo Pro fork.

There was no way the rubber band was going to fit around my fork leg , but the little fork mount thingie has room for zip ties too, so that's what I used

First, thanx for your ideas and suggestions on mounting. I picked up a BC1400 yesterday. I haven't set it up yet but there's one thing I can't figure out. Is this model always auto start&stop? Or is there a way to manually start and stop this unit? Thanx in advance.
