I know i read this on the board before, but how do you stop that plastic on plastic noise? the lbs recommended chain wax. tried it, didn't work. any other suggestions? other than the noise, love the pedals. haven't pulled out yet, and the float is very comfortable. easy in and out. thanks.

I've heard all 3 recommended. I use silicone spray on my SPD cleats, to prevent rust, but it shouldn't hurt the plastic of the cleat. It may not last too long, though.
I'd try some parrafin wax (or even a candle) rubbed on the contact points, or I've heard of bar soap being used the same way.

I've tried some vaseline. It works for about 100 miles.

Someone told me to try Armor All.

I have the same pedals and it's driving me nuts.

I have the LOOK pp 137 pedals on my other bike with 5k miles on it and I've never had that problem.

Why does it make that annoying squeaking noise on the 357s and not on the 137s?
