|Questions about Aerobars||TnS|

|I'm a novice rider looking to add aerobars to my bike. Does anyone have any reviews of any of the different types? I'd definitely be into something more comfortable at the expense of weight. Also, would anyone rate any bargain aerobars? I'm a bit cash-strapped these days...

|I picked up a new set of Profile Split Second bars for $50 - $60 on Ebay. As for comfort, definitely get a set you can adjust (so not the Century model, for example); pretty much any model should adjust to fit you. |
If you're just getting something to give you another riding position, maybe look into the Cinelli Spinaci or the many clones out there. These don't have armpads, but will let you stretch out and crank through headwinds. I'd check the reviews, though, as I remember something about the clamps of the Spinaci stripping easily or something unpleasant.
