|Anybody have any experience with the tubular clincher tires made by Tufo? Any good sources to get them from?|

|... sorry JoeKlein... don't have any first hand experience, but I just ordered my first set from http://www.tri-zone.com.
I picked up a pair of their 650C Jet Special Tubular Clinchers and a 650C Jet Special Tubular... the nice part for me is that they were essentially free... that is, I've bought several wheels from Tri Zone in the past, and they give up to 12% store credit (depending on the number of wheels purchased) on wheel purchases... <> I've still got over $30 store credit left.
No, I don't work for Tri Zone, but they've given me excellent customer service and competitive prices... so I thought I'd pass it along.
Give me a month and I'll give you some real world feedback...
Be the bike.

|Unfortunately, I too, do not have experience with their tubular clincher tires. I do have experience with their S33 Pro Tubular tire. Very smooth with very low rolling resistance expecially when pumped to it's max pressure of 175 psi. I have ridden almost 800 miles without a problem, including no flats! Knock on wood. I also use their latex sealant which only adds 20 grams per tire for extra flat protection. I purchased my tires from www.worldclasscycles.com. If you purchase two tires, they include free shipping and with the tubular tires, free glue as well. Great service as well. Hope this helps.|| |
