http://www.sheldonbrown.com/harris/tires.html#630 or http://www.lickbike.com/i1786100.htm

I've not seen them, but they're listed on their sites... give 'em a call to confirm your application.

tubes are the same, and most bike shops can get tires... unless you are trying to end-around the LBS and same a few bucks

performancebike.com has a couple models of their own brand for $10 or $15 each. I've also been able to get them at my LBS as well.

I believe that Wal-mart carries 27 inch tires and tubes. A good, inexpensive source for tires and tubes for beater bikes.

My beater still uses 27s, so I've done this recently. Most dealers will have a tire or two. Nashbar and Performance each carry one or two models, too. You'll be very restricted in width--usually 1-1/8 and 1-1/4 inch, which will be much narrower than the labeled sizes (my 1-1/4 Performance tires are actually just under an inch). Schwalbe Tire (not sold much in the U.S., but solid tires) has one called the Marathon, I think. That's what I'm going to order next time, assuming the bike lasts longer than the tires that are on it now.
