Tektro brakes???(4 posts)

My road bike have Tektro brakes (423A model to be more accurate) and I know that it have to be entry level brakes but I would like to know more about Tektro as brand.... How good/bad it is???

Tektro V brakes I retro fitted to my mountain bike - they were cheap, but they are light, simple to adjust, reliable and very effective. Why pay more?

thanks for your comments.

I dunno how light the brakes on my bike are but they are effective for sure. Only time will show how reliable they will be.
Anyway, I wasnt thinking about changing them just because they don't seem like "prestigious" brakes. Ill keep them as long as they work properly. I was just curious to know more about Tektro.
