I have a set of ADA carbon wheels and have a chip in the machined carbon braking surface, any suggestions of how to fix it?

why don't you e-mail Cees and Ada Beers? Who's better to talk to than Cees himself:

i bought my ada wheels off a pro from the mccartney team (not that i told him that,) and he said he only deals with original customers. he basically told me to piss off!

I'm surprised that he didn't offer to repair the wheel for cost at least. You might not be the original owner, but it is still his product. Doesn't sound like good customer service for such an expensive product.
