Similar Question to Foryde's...seth1

When I broke the 160 lbs mark I rewarded myself with a new set of wheels. Now that I'm about to break the 150 lbs mark I plan on rewarding myself with components upgrade from d/a 8 speed to 9 speed. I will do both brake/shift levers, cranks, rear deraleur and cassette.

Question: Is it worth the money to do the calipers, front deraleur and bottom braket, or stick with what I've got? Could I or should I go with Ultegra on these items to save money?

Thoughts opinions. Thanks in advance.

break out a bit, there friend. how 'bout some ultralight brew brakes, a sweet ti phil bb, front der doesn't matter, but you get the idea. get something lighter, tricker, and a little out of the ordinary where you can, i say.
