I have just changed from Speedplay to Time equipe pros.
I'm interested in how much to adjust my seat height and by what amount? Suggestions would be helpful or experiences from others. Thanks in advance.

Reset your seat height like you are doing a new bike setup and go from there for any fine tuning. TIME pedals are the best!

Not 100 percent sure but you might have to raise/lower your seat height by
5mm as TIME pedals bring your foot closer to axle of the pedal.
Former junior world road champ Mark Scanlon had this problem when he joined RABBOBANK a couple of seasons ago.He had always used LOOK pedals.
Hope this is a help.

Are you staying with the same shoe?
If Yes, I believe you should also stay with the same bikefit.
Here's why:
The Time pedal is in direct contact with the shoe - no cleat in between. Same thing with the Speedplay pedal.
The Time pedal is 8.5mm from center of axel to where shoe mets pedal,
Speedplay is about the same.
I use Sidi shoe. They use diff. adaptor for diff. pedals. The Time adapter i 1 mm thikker then the speedplay.

In my case the diff. is less than 0,2% of the seat height. So a stay with the fit. Or you could meassure the things between your foot and the axel. Noway start all over!
I use Speedplay only if the course is hilly, and Time for anything else. I love both, but prefer Time(Magnesium type) - but they weigh twice the Speedplay(X2).
