hello,

well i'm looking for a CHEAP set of training wheels and these are the best deals i've found

Shimano 105/Mavic CXP-21 Wheelset $129.00 full specs are located here

I'm on a tight budget but want some good wheels for my 260LBS body...don't wanta hafta true em every ride and such, and want them to last a pretty good while...yes i as a lot but of the 2 which is the better wheelset?

36 spokes is better for 260 lbs...dave

Neither wheelset has 36 spokes, which is probably what you should have for your weight. 32 may be OK on the front, but it's risky on the rear.

Hey,
Heads up on these wheels.
The CPX series are intended to be ridden on smooth pavement- I mean
smooth as glass. I had a pair that came with a New specialized last
year. After one ride on chipsealed roads (typical highway pavement)
they were out of true and had a hop (Not the easter bunny).
There not intended for hill climbing either as I've found out.
For a few dollars more:
Try Mavic MA3 rims they will not let you down for training.
