The pulleys on my Chorus derailleur suck. Any suggestions for aftermarket ones?

They suck how? I'm not really sure you'll find better ones; a pully is just a pully. If you're concerned that they don't spin freely- that's o.k. How well they spin has nothing to do with performance- and the friction added to the system is negligible. I can't think of any problems other than that...unless of course they're worn out.

They suck due to the friction. I had the same issue on my MTB bike and put Carmichel pulleys on ( don't know if they are road compatible though). They spin MUCH better. I don't agree that the friction is negligable as I can literally feel it when I pedal.

I'm not going to argue with you, but the friction is negligable. Trust me. The friction in a freehub is considered negligable, and some of those (Chris King in particular) barely turn. I can assure you, your pullys aren't making you slow, and changing them may sacrifice shifting performance.
